Smoothie Ice Cream
Ingredients
175 g frozen mango
120 g frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
2 tablespoons grated coconut
500 ml DUG Unsweetened
Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender.
- Stir between laps as the mixture can easily get stuck as it is frozen.
- The smoothie becomes creamy, tasty and reminiscent of a soft ice cream. Enjoy!
