Panna cotta with passion fruit

Ingredients

2 gelatin leaves or veggel
45 gl granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
500 ml DUG Original

Method

  1. Let the gelatin leaves soak in cold water for 5 minutes.
  2. Boil DUG and sugar in a saucepan. Lift the gelatin out of the water and stir it into the saucepan. Let the mixture cool. Stir the vanilla sugar.
  3. Distribute the mixture into serving dishes or glasses. Let them cool in the fridge for a few hours.
  4. Decorate with passion fruit and physalis.
