Potato wraps

Ingredients

300 g potatoes
2 tablespoons psyllium seed powder
Optional herbs
Flake salt
150 ml DUG Original (the other varieties can also be used)

Method

  1. Set the oven to 225 degrees.
  2. Chop the potatoes and cook them soft in DUG Original.
  3. Mix smoothly, stir in psyllium seed powder and any optional herbs you would like.
  4. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake at 225 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. Leave to cool!
