Potato wraps
Ingredients
300 g potatoes
2 tablespoons psyllium seed powder
Optional herbs
Flake salt
150 ml DUG Original (the other varieties can also be used)
Method
- Set the oven to 225 degrees.
- Chop the potatoes and cook them soft in DUG Original.
- Mix smoothly, stir in psyllium seed powder and any optional herbs you would like.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake at 225 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. Leave to cool!
