Double chocolate chip brownies
Ingredients
240 g applesauce
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
115 g coconut sugar
85 g flour
½ teaspoon cocoa powder
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
175 g pieces of chocolate
120 ml DUG Barista
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Then mix the applesauce, eggs, vanilla sugar, coconut sugar and DUG in a separate bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and then pour in the chocolate pieces.
- Pour the batter into an ovenproof dish and top with extra chocolate pieces. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
