Panna cotta with passion fruit
Ingredients
2 gelatin leaves or veggel
45 gl granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
500 ml DUG Original
Method
- Let the gelatin leaves soak in cold water for 5 minutes.
- Boil DUG and sugar in a saucepan. Lift the gelatin out of the water and stir it into the saucepan. Let the mixture cool. Stir the vanilla sugar.
- Distribute the mixture into serving dishes or glasses. Let them cool in the fridge for a few hours.
- Decorate with passion fruit and physalis.
