Vegan pancakes
Ingredients
120 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon sugar or vanilla sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 – 1 ½ tablespoons melted milk-free margarine
300 ml DUG Barista
Method
- Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a bowl.
- Pour in DUG Barista while stirring and whisk to a smooth batter.
- Add melted margarine-free butter to the batter.
- Your pancake batter is ready to fry!
